1. Soya is a rich veg source for protein in feed. But, when Soya DOC was reduced in feed, the overall egg production has come down to 70%. The normal average egg production is 85 to 90%. Farmer is asking when they reduce 25 kg of soya in feed and incorporating 250 gm of Proease & 25 kg of DORB, the final compound feed will reduce the cost and adjust the Protein value. But, does this will increase the egg production?
The 250 gm per ton of Proease has power to reduce approximate 25 Kg Soya DOC in feed. If we reformulate or replace 25 kg soya doc, the egg production might be decrease for 7-8 days, then again it will come on standard production. To resolve this issue, we should follow two methods for adding or reducing soya:a. If reformulate by using full matrix value: In this method, minimum 20-25 kg soya doc can be reduced in the diet compare to without Proease diet. We should add 20-25 kg soya doc additionally for next two days after reformulation and in every two days we should reduce 5 kg soy doc until the reformulation diet.b. If directly reduce 20 kg soya doc and replace by 20 kg DORB: We should not replace total 20-25 kg soya doc in single time. We should add 250 gm of Proease in diet and replace 5 kg soya doc by DORB in every two days until total 20-25 kg soya doc is replaced. It will take 8-10 days for total replacement. Protease used in multi enzymes are unidentified and does not have any matrix for protein reduction in diet.

Proease is used mainly for protein degradation. We cannot compare with cocktail enzyme.
12. Can we replace other protein sources also other than Soya, like GNC, CGM, Animal By-products (as per protein levels in feed)? And how much?
Most of the formulations are based on least cost formulations and we should replace high cost with high inclusion rate protein source raw material for benefit of feed millers.
13. You say to replace 18- 20 kg Soya DOC per ton of feed but we are using 20 kg only, then we can replace all? (Layers)

This is thumb rule. For balance formulation, we must use matrix of Proease in formulation software.
15. Will Proease improve our FCR?
If, formulation is deficient of protein, in this condition top dressing of Proease can improve FCR.

High protein sources cannot fulfill the protein requirement of the birds because it will require more energy to digest it, but we must add GROWEASE because of its composition which can enhance synthesis of amino acids in the body for fast weight gain and digestive enzymes for better digestion.
