What is Protease Enzyme?
A protease enzyme is a proteolytic enzyme for animal feed that breaks complex protein molecules into smaller peptides and free amino acids, making them easier to digest and absorb. PROEASE is an identified cysteine protease composed of a single polypeptide chain containing 212 amino acid residues with three disulfide bridges and a sulfhydryl group that is critical for enzymatic activity.
